Lori Wilkins

Lori Wilkins - serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Association Management Consultants. With 30 years of experience in association management, educational course planning and event execution, she knows how to help new associations excel. She instituted an educational program for the Appraisal Institute that has helped hundreds of Appraisers attain and keep their licenses and earn designations. She has implemented new and forward thinking events for associations to grow and engage membership as well as increase their sponsorship revenue. She has a strong financial background including budget planning and contract negotiation.

Dale Wilkins

Dale Wilkins is President and Co-Founder of AMC-Association Management Consultants, LLC an association management company that specializes in Non-Profit professional organizations. He has held this position since 2002 when AMC was formed. Dale is primarily focused on the growth and expansion of AMC into the National and International association arena as well as improving company technology and best practices.

Prior to association management, Dale’s career had always been in sales and service primarily in the oil and gas industry. Dale attended University of Houston where he studied business and marketing. He lives in Bellaire, Texas with his wife Lori who is the other Co-Founder of AMC.

Vice President of Operations
Ginger Coleman

Ginger Coleman – currently serves as the Vice President of Operations and has been with AMC since 2004. Ginger has expertise in event management and has been key in helping CCIM Gulf Coast Chapter attain multiple years of President’s Cup awards. She is a vital member of the AMC team and manages the internal operations of the company. Prior to joining AMC, Ginger worked in association management directly with Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Houston Chapter. She has a strong background in meeting and course planning and an incredible eye for detail.  

Vice President of Strategic Development
Logan Beszterda

Logan Beszterda - currently serves as the Vice President of Strategic Development and has been with AMC since 2007. Logan has extensive experience with large scale events, including multi day conferences of over 500 attendees, trade shows, golf tournaments, and award galas. She has great knowledge in the logistics needed to make each event a success. Logan approaches any situation with a positive attitude and prides herself in being a creative problem solver. Logan graduated from Texas A&M University where she received a B.B.A. in Marketing from Mays Business School.

Elena Baer

Elena Baer - has been with Association Management Consultants (AMC) since 2012. Prior to joining AMC, Elena was the Human Resources Manager with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in Phoenix and Houston where she utilized her degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Houston. Currently, Elena is an AMC Account Manager and the AMC Director of Human Resources. Elena loves working with professional associations and has a passion for event planning and enjoys serving the membership of her groups.

Mary Marcum

Mary Marcum serves as the Managing Director with Association Management Consultants out of our office in Austin, Texas. Prior to AMC, Mary worked with non-profits and most recently the American Cancer Society. She comes to AMC with a master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Communication Studies from Texas Tech University where she was also an instructor of Business and Professional Communication. She has extensive experience in customer service, public speaking, communication skills, research, training, event management, strategic planning, and non-profit management. She truly enjoys devoting time and energy to excellent customer service for the associations she supports.

Melissa Bennett

Melissa Bennett graduated from the University of Memphis in 2011 with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations. She has found her strongest assets include her knowledge of social media and understanding of technology and website design. Melissa really enjoys being a part of the AMC team and working with a variety of different associations!

Every night, Melissa is lucky enough to be greeted by the wagging tails of her two dogs, Dusseldorf and Lexi. Most of her family is back in Memphis, Tn, and she tries to make it back to visit her parents, sister, 2 handsome nephews, and beautiful niece, as often as possible.

Molly Fonseca

Molly supports the Austin, TX area as an Account Manager.  She has vast experience working with small and large, local and national non-profits. She graduated  from the University of  Arkansas with an MFA in Theatre and still acts in the Austin area. Molly enjoys connecting  with her clients and seeing them succeed while providing the best customer service possible. Outside of her work life, Molly stays busy gardening, running, and spending time with her friends and family.

Lindsay Hummel

Lindsay Hummel is an Account Manager at Association Management Consultants. She earned her Master of Public Health degree from LSU Health Sciences Center and a Bachelor of Science from Louisiana State University. Lindsay is a problem solver with an aptitude for analytical thinking and a strong background in program planning. Before joining AMC in 2015, she worked in public health research and has previous experience working with a statewide health education and communication campaign. She enjoys strategizing and working with boards to support their vision and goals for the association.

Reagan Porter

Reagan has been working with Association Management Consultants as an Account Manager for one year. She is a native Houstonian and attended Louisiana State University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies. Prior to working in association management, Reagan has a background in sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship, which she incorporates into her role at AMC. Outside of the office, Reagan volunteers at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo where she is on the Mutton Bustin’ Committee. She also enjoys exploring restaurants throughout Houston and traveling.

Sara Wilkins

Sara Wilkins – currently serves as an Account Manager and has been with Association Management Consultants since 2013. She has a wide variety of work experience including property tax preparation at Burr Wolff and working for Houston Advantage Insurance Brokerage, which serves high profile clients and assists with their estate planning, annuities, and life insurance. Sara also perfected her customer service and problem solving skills working for Bank of America in their loan department. Sara has been successful in planning and assisting with numerous events, board meetings, and conferences. She is currently pursuing her CMP to better serve her clients and further her career at AMC. Sara approaches situations with a can-do attitude and is always ready to help!

Kelly Wilson

Kelly Wilson graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science and Arts in Human Development and Family Sciences and a minor in Business Foundations. She joined AMC in the summer of 2016. Kelly is currently an Account Manager and loves planning a variety of events for her clients. Outside of AMC, Kelly enjoys volunteering for the Houston Rodeo, cooking and exploring Houston. 

Marketing Coordinator
Amy Brownlie

Amy Brownlie serves as the Marketing Coordinator and has been with the Company for over two years.  She channels her creativity into the many graphics pieces she creates: flyers, brochures, conference program, and web design.  Before AMC, Amy received a bachelor’s degree in psychology and worked in accounting and administration.  In her recent roles, she discovered her passion for graphic design and has been learning all she can since then to bring the most up-to-date marketing materials to our associations.
